How do these two `Default Date Time` options work?

- `Current Date Time (Beginning)`
- `Current Date Time (End)`

Both mean _today_, differing in the time-of-day component. Resolved client-side, not by server:

- `Current Date Time (Beginning)` — today at the **start of the day** , `00:00:00.000`. Midnight of the current date **in the user’s current time zone** (not the browser’s, when they differ).
- `Current Date Time (End)` — today at the **end of the day** , `23:59:59.999`.
