Hi everyone,

I’m looking to confirm if it’s possible to **hide or filter records in a subtable** (regular subtable, not a “Subtable Main”) within an application **using logic** — for example, based on conditions in a parent field or other record values.

Has anyone implemented a similar approach or found a workaround to control visibility/filtering of subtable rows at runtime?

Appreciate any insights or examples!

Best,
Liubomir

Hi Liubomir, no this functionality is not supported on our platform. A user can filter a Subtable Sub manually once the parent record is loaded in the UI, but there isn’t a way to control filtered visibility programmatically.

Thank you Cheyanne, noted. As alternative, could the subtable record be highlighted by applying styles though logic?

Right now, you can highlight certain fields on a subtable, but not an entire subtable record. But subtables don’t have great support for that kind of logic row by row.
