# How are application links from subtables set up?

If I want to set up a field action app link from a subtable, how do I do this?

In **Application Builder** , you are able to define the **Subtable** and **Field** where you want the application link to reside. In the **Action** field, you can enter either a **Logic Block** or an **Application Link**.
