Let’s say I have the 6 records in a table whose workflow statuses are:
`DRAFT`
`ACTIVE`
`INACTIVE`
`INACTIVE`
`ACTIVE`
`ACTIVE`

Is it possible to build an Info Box visualization for this showing `DRAFT` - 1 | `ACTIVE` - 3 | `INACTIVE` - 2 ?

You should be able to achieve this using:

- Type = Info Box
- Group By Fields = Workflow Status
- Aggregation Fields = Workflow Status (where “Count” is the only selected aggregation option–might be “Total” by default)

I can’t figure out how to drag the Workflow Status field into the visualization. I’ve added `znwWorkflowInstance` as a field to the underlying table.

That is a bug (workflow fields aren’t listed in that main side bar because they can’t be used in form layouts but they can be used in visualizations). The work around is to:

1. Use another field instead temporarily
2. Select your application in the Structure
3. Click Advanced - Field Dependencies - Visualizations - Edit Visualization
4. Replace that temporary field with the Status field
5. Click Apply and Exit
6. Save your app and generate
