I want what is showing as ‘2026-08-26T18:25:46.977Z’ (UTC datetime) to instead be ‘2026-08-26 11:25:46 US/Pacific’ when passed in a payload to message event from a logic block.

I believe you want DateTime Decomposition - passing the datetime and a constant for your specific time zone as input. That action splits the output values into Date, Time, and TZ though and you are wanting them as a single string, so couple it with Concatenate Text to chain them back together with spaces.

I haven’t done this exactly, so add a grain of salt.

This is exactly the path I have gone down but the challenge is that DateTimeDecomposition puts date and time into Date and Time type variables / fields. When running in debug, I see that my variable IHULastModifiedTime is seemingly some type of epoch value ({“IHULastModifiedTime”:41146977}). Getting that time variable converted to a human readable hh:mm:ss seems to be the missing piece.

Alright. Let’s run another route. Is PDT the tenant’s default TZ? What does Convert To Text action give you for the datetime?

The number that is being displayed for the Time is the number of milliseconds elapsed since midnight.

When I reproduced this, the `Convert to Text` for the `Time` isn’t working, which to me seems like a bug. In the below example, instead of the action converting `27465237` to `07:37:45` it is converting it to `""`.

Here’s the logic I wrote:

And here’s what it’s outputting:
