Nextworld has many date formats depending on locale. If I want to parse Month, Day, and Year from a date, I need to know the date format unless dates are always stored in the same format and only displayed in a different format. Does Nextworld always store dates in the same format and if so, is this format MM/DD/YYYY? Is there an action that will allow to extract the Month, Day, or year from a date?

Dates are always stored as `YYYY-MM-DD`; locale only changes the display. No Logic Block action extracts the parts directly. Use Convert To Text on the date, which gives you the stored `YYYY-MM-DD` string, then Slice out the year, month and day.

If this keeps coming up, a Date Decomposition action idea could be considered.

Thank you Kendra. That helps. There are logic blocks that slice the date but they were written several years ago and I was not sure they accommodated the different formats, but knowing that the date is stored in YYYY-MM-DD is helpful.
