# Send Notifications Functionality

Is anyone using the Send Notification functionality? We’re using the windows client, when we send a notification the number above the envelop changes but it’s not getting the users attention that they have a notification. Also if users are in an application they can’t see the envelop to alert them of a notification. I’m curious if there is a way to make the notification more obvious so the users. Can the Activity Center be opened automatically to bring the users attention to the notification? Looking for idea’s to make this functionality work for us. Thanks in advance.
