User Record Modified By value

When a user logs into Nextworld, their user record is updated with the date and time of their last login. The Modified By field is populated with “.....@system.com
Where does this value come from/How is it determined?

Whenever a user logs in, their user record gets updated b/c of the ‘Last Login Time’ field. So the system is updating it as the user logs into Nextworld

Do you know where the value in the Modified By field comes from?

The system user is part of configuration on the stack. These records are only viewable/editable by operations roles and (by process) each stack has a different system user, which helps with tracing if issues arise. Environments can be moved from one stack to another over time due to capacity and latency reasons. If the question behind the question is for someone viewing the login audit to know which edits “count” then the suffix you have already identified is the correct marker.
