How do I add workflow to a table that already has records but didn’t previously have workflow? What has replaced the workflow conversion utility for adding workflow to an existing table?

Data Transforms have replaced the old Workflow Conversion Utility for this purpose. See release note RN-24.1-[Nextbot]-5408 for more details:
