File Formats/Size Issues for Images on Composable PDF's

Hello,

We are seeing issues printing attachments and not sure if there are limitations with sizes or formats. My current use case is for JPG files. They are over the preview limit in the UI. Does that prevent them from running on a composable report? I am seeing PNG files that are under the limit showing up on the report, but not JPG.

Additionally our customers want to know if HEIC or JFIF file formats are supported.

It should not prevent them from showing up in the composable report. This is likely a bug if it’s not functioning as expected.

Right now we support .bmp .jpg .jpeg and .png. Other types could potentially be added with a feature request.
