What is the process to request a tenant data refresh to occur during normal business hours? We attempted to copy business data from prod to dev; however, received a message about it taking place after hours. With our small amount of data, we’d like to escalate this.
@nate we no longer allow tenant data refreshes during the day. We’ve had too many daytime emergencies because of them. I don’t think Ops has an override to allow a daytime refresh using this tool. If you have an urgent need, enter a Freshdesk ticket so we can triage appropriately.
