I found this app on the mega menu and am wondering what it does and what it is used for. I wasn’t able to locate any Help for it.
Hello Ian, the Attachment Cross Reference Inquiry application is an application intended for Service Administrators that provides a consolidated view of all attachments associated with business records in the system. The application provides information such as the size of each attachment, the attachment name, the related table, and nwID of the associated business record (Owning ID), as well as the attachment status. This information can be used to troubleshoot attachment-related access issues or to help Service Administrators understand how much storage space is being consumed by attachments.
