What key metrics can I track using the Procurement module?

Users have many options for reviewing metrics in the Procurement module. Depending on what information they are looking for, users can access the following options –

Dashboards - all of these dashboards are available via the Dashboard Pages dropdown

  • Buyer - Purchase Order Metrics
  • Buyer - Job Purchases
  • Buyer - Purchase Requisitions
  • Buyer - Supplier Quotes
  • Buyer - Portal
  • Supplier Portal Purchase Orders
  • Intercompany Transfers Overview

Reports

  • Supplier Delivery Metrics / Supplier Delivery Metrics Report
    • These are applications available via the menu. Users can define the report parameters and then run the report against those parameters as often as needed.

Live Metrics

  • View Purchase History
    • This information is available via an app link on the Supplier and Contacts application per supplier

Inquiries - these inquiry applications are available via the menu

  • Encumbrance Manager Inquiry
  • Received Not Invoiced Inquiry
