We have a customer that requires the ability to upload images to a record. When doing so, they receive an error about exceeding the file size limit. How can we increase the allowable file size?
You’ll need to speak with your account rep about this - the maximum attachment file size per Nextworld Help is 500MB and there is no way to configure it customer by customer unfortunately.
Just to be sure - can you confirm they have image attachments larger than 500MB? That does seem very large for an image.
