On the default Start Page, I can configure the World Clock manually for myself. However, I am wondering if this can be configured at a solution level? Right now, it seems like each individual user has to select their timezone for it to show properly? Is that correct or am I missing a way to set it up more universally?
You are correct, there is no way today to set this up universally.
I do not think we would ever let this be configured at a solution-level. Usually, solutions should be general enough to be useful in many different timezones, so specifying a time zone in the solution would defy best practices.
I could imagine this falling back to the tenant’s default time zone so that each customer sees a default clock applicable to them when they log in. If you are a Nextworld customer or partner, you can work with your system administrator to submit an official enhancement request for that with customer support. Include a link to this post in the support ticket. If you’re not a Nextworld customer, keep an eye on release notes. We’re always making improvements.
