Can you make the actions column on a list view show on the right hand side instead of on the left?

I’m thinking I saw and configured this recently, but cannot remember how to do it. Is this possible or am I hallucinating?

No. You can only hide/show the Actions column. However, regardless of it being shown, you can right-click to get the menu.
