I have an application where users rely heavily on the use of 'Templates’. What control do we have over the order that the list of templates displays? Is it possible to simply sort the listing of templates alphabetically? Right now, I can’t seem to figure out how they sort (it isn’t alphabetical or by when they are created) - which is resulting in a more confusing user experience than is necessary.
Right now, the platform doesn’t support any sorting of the templates in either the favorites that display under the “create button”, nor in the Template Manager. This seems to be a pretty reasonable feature request to me though.
Templates can be favorited by users - this can help limit the template options to only those which a user frequently uses. That can help reduce some of the clutter.
