If I have a customized or extended version of a table. Will I be able to select the field that is not on the base version in the selector for data items that use that table as part of a Dynamic Table Lookup configuration?
Yes.
As a tenant, your table customizations should be available any time the table is used.
Similarly, if you are a tenant and have enabled a specialization, the full extension hierarchy should be available to you any time the table is used.
If you are a tenant developing a specialization, it may be a different story. While developing your solution, your table references should only reference fields from the base solution and your own solution. Referencing fields from other solutions that other partners have created can create dependency issues, which we have not yet implemented a robust means of tracking.
