EPP 10.3.0.1 - Enhancements and Resolved Issues
The EPP 10.3.0.1 service pack was recently released, in August 2026.
Security and Login
- Switching security mode correctly removes existing users
- Changes to security method now correctly removes existing users (excludes administration).
- Password Change Required logins complete successfully
- Changing the user’s password on first login no longer fails and locks out the user.
- Security Type changes
- Security Type changes now take effect without restarting EPP.
Installation and Upgrades
- Upgrading from EPP 10.2.1.0 to EPP 10.3.0.1
- The installer correctly upgrades EPP 10.2.1.0 installations when a legacy Flyway history row is present.
- Upgrading installations with existing sample report labels
- When you upgrade to EPP 10.3.0.1, the installer correctly handles installations that already contain the sample PackingList data dictionary and report label templates that EPP provides for customer reference.
Label Printing
- Imported Zebra label templates contain the correct QR code model
- Zebra templates imported from earlier EPP versions now handle obsolete QR Code model settings correctly. Imported QR model values of 1 or lower are automatically normalized to the supported model to prevent rendering issues.
- Font options
- Corrected index ID mappings to Zebra ZPL external font options.
- QuickLabel
- File printer output from QuickLabel now completes successfully without errors.
- Formatter façade
- UTF-8 data is now handled correctly. Non-ASCII characters are preserved when processed through the formatter facade.
