How do I create receipts in Nextworld?

Specifically, how can I record receipts for materials from a purchase order or return sales order?

Receipts can be created from the Item Receipts application. You can also create a purchase order receipt directly from the purchase order by using the form action “Receive Purchase Order” at the header level. Similarly, you can create a return sales order receipt directly from the sales return using the form action “Create Item Receipt” at the detail level.
