Let’s say I want to write to the Item Ledger with a whole new transaction type that doesn’t currently exist because my source document is outside Nextworld but leverages Nextworld’s inventory modules. The transaction type is similar to the current Sales Order Shipment but I don’t want to simply reuse that one because I will have Sales occurring in addition to Item Ledger Transactions from my external document. How hard/expensive is it to set one of those up and what implications do I need to think about?
Adding new custom transaction types is not currently supported.
What if I was prepared to write a big check - how much effort if so?
