I have an Advanced Inventory Adjustment that posted successfully to the Transaction Inquiry. When looking at the Nextworld Item Ledger Transactions, I do not see the corresponding transaction that should have posted alongside the Advanced Inventory Transaction. What can I do to get the transaction accessible in the Nextworld ERP?
You can check in the ERP Interface Transactions Application and look for a corresponding record that may be in an Error state. Upon opening the record, you can check a text field called āintegration noteā. This field should have detail of what the error was.
You can then correct the error and set the record back to pending. It will then be picked up and reprocessed into the ERP.
