In one of our mini app ‘Save and Add another’ option creates error as it copies the same record and bring backs to the same app which is incorrect for the flow. Currently Save and Add New serve our purpose but Save and Add another create confusion and error. Is there any way we can disable ‘Save and Add another’ option from the mini app.
Yes you can! In Application Builder, you can create a Control Action for the detail form, and hide and/or disable any of the different save options. You can also do the same with an Application Setting.
- Open App Builder record
- Under Forms, in left hand panel, select “Detail”
- Click the + icon next to Control Actions (also in left hand panel)
- Fill out the form on the right.
- Save and generate app.
