Using Styles to make the value of a field transparent in a list view

The example here shows a list view where I want to be able to filter by GL Account = 17042 which means the 2nd row would be displayed. However I want the text to be transparent (or the same color as the background) so that the 2nd row only shows a value in the Subtotal field and the values in the GL Account and Date fields aren’t visible.

Is this possible?

Not currently. Note that even if a transparent color were introduced, assistive technology would still be able to read the value to the user.
