In the inspection run application, we are seeing strange exception messages. After running the inspection run twice for the same Validation Scope Definition, we are seeing two different messages. Please advise on why and how to remediate these issues. Please see the below examples. The exception message is different in each.

That warning is indicative of information being out of sync between some system tools and the object in question. We’re working on some changes that will prevent it from occurring, but in the meantime, can you try to save each of the two objects referenced and retry?
It looks like the two warning messages are identical and just reference different applications. If you save each of those applications without making any modifications, their data should refresh and you should be able to validate at that point. If you meant to post two different messages, please attach the other and we can go from there!

I saved the two applications and received no errors. So I proceeded with promoting the manifest. Thanks for the context. Look forward to the improvements!
