Why can't I see ReportDisplay in field mappings on my app link?

I have an application where I have added an app link to a report application. On this app link, I am unable to map ReportDisplay. I have looked at other apps with app links to reports, and think I have covered all the setups, but not sure why it isn’t working.

  • Report Table: Made sure I had ReportAppConfigFields

  • PROBLEM: Now on my app link, I can’t select ReportDisplay as a value to map? What am I missing?

I figured it out. I was looking at the wrong app, and ReportDisplay was NOT visible on the app that the app link was pointing to. Once I fixed that, I could see ReportDisplay.
