How can I create Canadian addresses using an Address data type?

Do I need to create a new list lookup? How do I connect this to an address format?

@JamesW can you give more details on what you are trying to do? How do you want the address field to behave for the Canadian address and then how do you want to use it when adding an address.

When adding an address, we have been using the ‘Domestic US Address simple’. This option provides a list of states but we need to provide a list a provinces. How can I configure an address format to handle this?

@JamesW Have you tried using either the International Format or Custom Address B format to meet the requirements? If you create a new Format Definition, use the Format Type to connect the format definition to the list of address types available when creating a new address.

The best way to accomplish this is to create a new address format definition. In that new format, you can specify a new custom List Lookup to use with one of the fields in the format.
