How do I figure out where pages and rows are getting disabled?

Is there a way to easily find where pages and/or rows are getting disabled/enabled in logic?

I would really like this if anyone knows how to do it in a app developer friendly way. It’s really difficult to figure out what’s causing these types of outcomes in applications especially when they’re not expected/obvious.
