The following steps will show you how to find which security role your user is missing to access an application.
Step 1
Open Permission Access Granted Inquiry and enter the Access Type, Lifecycle, and Application Name. This will give you the permission name you need.
Step 2
You have two options for determining the Functional Role associated.
Step 2A
Open Role Hierarchy Flattened Inquiry and enter the role from Step 3 in the Child Role column.
Step 2B
Open Role Hierarchy Definitions and enter the role from Step 3. Click Show Parent on the role.
The role your user needs is the parent Functional Role. In this case that is INV - Receiving Processor.
