Hello! Is there a way to determine which Permission is linked to a specific Workflow?
Yes. There is an application called Permission Access Granted. Here you can enter the name of a workflow and it will give you a list of permissions that grant access to the one you specify. You can do the same thing for tables, applications, and logic blocks.
In addition to what @jared.brink mentioned, I would recommend the Where Used mini studio in No-Code studio, configured something like the example in this screenshot:
