How to find the Camera Scannable checkbox in Application Builder

I was in Application Builder, inspecting the text-related fields to see the available checkboxes in the Basic tab. However, I couldn’t find the Camera Scannable checkbox. What is the trick to see it?

For a text field, it is in the Basic panel in app builder
