I have set up a H/D table and app to allow both manual and reoccurring templates. I created a manual template for the app with certain fields set to populate. Not all fields are populating. Two fields are text fields and the other is a list lookup. One of the other list lookups populates correctly. Below is a screen shot of the template set up and the other is when I create with the template. Are there restrictions on fields that can be populated? Is this a bug?
There wouldn’t be restrictions on basic text or list lookup fields that I can think of. Here are a few things to double-check:

Are the fields marked as “clear on copy” on the app?

Is there initialization logic that clears out these fields?

Thank you. I had checked Init lb and there was nothing but we do have reset on copy for these fields, so thanks for pointing that out. Since we are not allowing the user to copy anymore on this app since I can’t copy just a header of an H/D, we hide copy, so I will look at removing the reset on copy for these fields.
