I see there are checkboxes for allowing HDs to have Templates on tables and apps. I managed to get this working, but noticed the field actions are not offered / are hidden - confirming this is expected behavior?

I don’t believe field actions are available on a template. The basic idea of templates is to allow the user to enter data that will be reused regularly. There should be as little logic as possible on the template itself.
