How do I manage and report operation completions in the manufacturing execution module?
Operation Completions can be reported in Operation Completion or Operation Completion Detail applications.
Operation Completion allow user to report progress at each operation and perform associated transactions if the operation is a paypoint. Material and labor that are configured to backflush at the paypoint operation will be transacted based on the quantity completed at the operation. Outputs associated with the paypoint operation will also be automatically reported.
Operation Completion Detail allow the quantity completed at a paypoint operation to be reported with the ability to modify the backflushed material and labor and reported output quantities and enter serial and lot numbers.
Operation Scrap and Operation Scrap Detail can be used to report scrap at an operation.
Work Order Ledger can be used to see operation transactions that have been reported.
