How do I set up and then maintain work instructions for manufacturing operations?
You can define your routing which provides step-by-step instructions or operations that describe the production process as well as the related work centers where the work is performed. Typically a copy of the routing is attached to your work order for the specified product definition. You can maintain your work instructions from the Operation Work Instructions dashboard where you can setup a saved filter to view work orders and their operations for work that is scheduled to be done today. From this dashboard you can start and complete your operations from the dispatch list card, along with issuing material and completing your output from the other dashboard cards.
