Hello, I am curious why the SalesOrderHeader workflow does not have any transitions to Ready To Close? We were expecting this to behave like the Shipped workflow, where the header would transition after all the details did. But i am seeing no transitions to ready to close for the header. @Sharad @lauren
Hi! When this was implemented, we wanted to treat this status like Ready to Pick, Picked, and Released for Picking. It is an intermediary step between Open/Active and Closed/Closed.
