Is there a way to make workflow statuses more intuitive?

Is there a way to make workflow statuses more intuitive? Like can we provide some kind of HELP or Pointers(Colourful UI content) or Guide etc. to help users guide them through workflow statuses explaining How the workflow status moves from Draft to Ready to Post and to Posted and so on for the specific application. Intention is that user should be able to understand what are the upcoming statuses.

There is a way to see this information. If you open your application and select the “?” icon, you can see a visual of the workflow.

Hi Bethany, Is this environment specific? Because for Sales Order I don’t see this in RPDevPartner, but in E2E.

Also, I don’t see the same for other applications like Payments or Miscellaneous Checks. Is there a way to unable this?

@rishabh.gupta It does appear this was environment specific–it’s limited to sales orders and is coming in a future release. I would recommend you submit an enhancement request via Freshdesk. Include a link to this post in the support ticket.
