My work order keeps failing to retrieve a product definition and I’m not sure why…
I would look at the topic “Scalable Product Definitions” in the help documentation to make sure your work order is for a quantity that the product definition you’re expecting can fulfill. If you do have a product definition that is able to fulfill that amount, then I would check to make sure your product definition is in the correct org unit and has an effective date range that includes your work order dates. There are also other pages in the help documentation around the topic of “Product Definitions” that you might find helpful.
