Why is an item missing from the product structure dashboard?
The items loaded in the product structure are determined by the configuration of the bill of material’s definition type. If the definition type has the field Include in Product Structure = true, and if the bill of material’s effectivity date is after the product structure date then another reason why the item is excluded would be because items marked as No Explosion on the bill of materials are not loaded into the product structure.
