How can I find where a component is used?
You can use the Component Where Used app to display a list of bill of materials where a specific component is used. From the menu this can be found under: Manufacturing > Product Data Management > Component Where Used (Found in the Inquiries and Reports section)
The component where used inquiry will show where a component is used on a Bill of Material. To find out where a component is used on a work order, create an interactive report over the Work Order Materials data source that is in the data catalog under Manufacturing Execution / Manufacturing Work Orders.
