Is there a way to disable the password reset process when the wrong password is entered more than 5 times?

We are having an issue within automation testing that is causing the incorrect password to be entered for our NW service account user. This then causes the password for the NW account to be forced to be reset. Is there a way for us to disable this forced password reset independent of how many times the wrong password is entered for an account?

Hi bsobota44!

No, there is no way to disable this functionality today.

The “Skip Password Reset” checkbox on Users only disables the requirement to change your password after N days (specified on the Tenant record). Your account will still be disabled and require reactivation if the wrong password is entered too many times.
