Is there a defined process to hide data items (examples: Lot, Owner, Job) globally for a customer or is it only available on a per app bases?
Iām not aware of this type of ability currently on the platform.
Restricted Field Definitions allow you to disable, hide, or mask a data item in a table. You can then use permissions/roles to allow certain users to view, edit, insert, or delete.
