I was under the impression that adding an API key for OpenAI would automatically turn on the ‘voice to text’ icon within a text editor field. It appears this is not the case. What are the steps to turn on the voice-to-text button in a customer’s production account?
Your impression is correct. Once the API Key is provided you should immediately see the “Voice to Text” icon on all text editor fields. If this is not happening, then it is a bug.

Roby - Does it matter what type of OpenAI license key you purchase?
There is one more piece you need to have - your users need to have SYS - Chat User to see the ED icon after the api key is setup.
