I am unable to access the Ed icon to open the conversational interface in the system.
Below are conditions where Ed may not be visible to you:

API Key - You must have an API key to OpenAI set up in the system

Security - You must have the role SYS - Chatbot User assigned to your User or assigned as a child role to an existing role you have

User Interface Configuration Profile - Ed may be hidden in the environment that you are in
When will Chatbot Ed support Copilot API keys?
Can you clarify what you are asking? Are you asking when Ed will be capable of using an API Key hosted on Microsoft Azure or is your question when you will be able to invoke Ed’s capabilities from MS Copilot? Or something else entirely?
Today, you support openai API key so that partners can use Chatbot Ed to ask questions and get answers. My cloud provider is AWS and my company is strictly using Copilot, i.e. not ChatGpt; thus, can you provide support for Copilot API keys so that we can invoke Chatbot Ed’s capabilities?
