Why I can't access Supplier & Contacts from the Directory?

When navigating to Suppliers & Contacts via the Directory, error occurs. Error message = Navigation Problem

Could not navigate to application (MM01)
Releases = 25.1

This sometimes happens when the app being launched has failed to generate for some reason. Are you able to go to the App builder and locate the SupplierDirectory app and see if it is showing Generation = Active?

If this is a Base application, it may indicate that the application was not properly generated after a patch or release upgrade, and which case, a Bug should be logged

@ian.p , the Application Generation is = Active. I also tried to regenerate the app and received an error.

Upon further investigation, there were three SupplierDirectory application in my tenant: one instance of base, 2 instances of customized.

First customized SupplierDirectory application was Active but the second one was not. Once I regenerated the second customized application, the link in the Directory works properly. Set ian.p’s answer as solution.
