Upon creating Sales Credits (TestPartner), the Queued Transitions are stuck in Submitted State. Is this related to effective date transitions? Looking for direction.
Yes, this is likely related to effective date transitions. I imagine you are viewing this transition stuck at submitted in the Workflow Queued Auto Transition Inquiry application. If so, there should be a field called ‘Trigger Time’ that will let you know when the effective date transition will take place.
@Bradley Why does the base logic do it this way? Why not transition these records automatically rather than with a delay?
That is just the nature of effective date transitions. I’m not sure what logic was run to get to this point, but I’m assuming that date must be important to the document in some way.
