Where can I find the Visual App Builder?

I’m trying to find the visual app builder so that I can play around with creating apps via the agent. But it is asking me to the Visual App Builder but cannot find it. Does anyone know?

Launch Developer Studio (in 25.1 its name is No-Code Studio). Start editing an application - if you see something like the screen below, that is the Visual App Builder.
